ABOUT
I am a professional trumpet player and teacher residing in the Dayton, Ohio area. I hold the position of Principal Trumpet with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra as well as 3rd Trumpet with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. I have also held the position of Assistant Principal Trumpet with the Richmond Symphony Orchestra in Richmond, VA. In addition to these positions, I frequently perform with many other orchestras in the area including the Lexington Philharmonic, West Virginia Symphony, and Columbus Symphony Orchestra among others. I have also performed on occasion with the Indianapolis Symphony and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. I have a Bachelor of Music Degree in Trumpet Performance from Cedarville University and a Master of Music Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music.

PRIVATE LESSONS AND MASTERCLASSES
I maintain a private studio in the Dayton area in addition to serving as the Adjunct Trumpet Instructor at Stivers School for the Arts. Students of mine have successfully auditioned to become members of the Dayton Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, earned Superior ratings at OMEA Solo and Ensemble, and been accepted to prominent college music programs.
